Sweepslots reports of missing payments

Hey guys,

We have had multiple recent reports about Sweepslots not paying their players. Anyone here experiencing this as well? We’re doing our best to resolve these problems.

Good day, I won $8,500 on SpinPals on 9/14. They only allow redemptions up $500 and you cannot request another redemption until the previous one is approved. The first 5 redemptions were semi-painless compared to trying to get any more approvals. My 6th request has been pending for 12 days. I have copies of the transcripts of the chats, copies of emails to support, screenshots of winning transactions, balance and redemptions list. I can send any/all of these. On the chat they have a standard response about how you will get your winnings in the coming days, blah, blah, blah. When emailing support, they do not reply. In the beginning they did mention that up to 36 weekday hours is within normal approval time and after 72 hours you should contact them.
Anything you can do to help me collect my winnings would be GREATLY appreciated. Or advise what options I have. Thank you.

Thanks for using our forum to try and resolve this. We haven’t reviewed SpinPals yet and have not had contact with them.
